Green Smoothie for Breakfast

Easy and nutritious (not to mention delicious):

  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 T flaxseed (ground)
  • 1 T cinnamon
  • 1 scoop of vegan protein powder
  • Half a frozen banana
